    The remaining approximately 2% of potential downtime may result from factors that are not directly managed by MOMINPERT, the founder of the FrontistiriaHub project. These include, but are not limited to:

  • SSL Certificate Providers: Renewal, issuance, or revocation processes by third-party certificate authorities that may temporarily affect secure access to the platform
  • Cloud Server Providers: Scheduled maintenance, unexpected outages, or performance degradation from the cloud infrastructure hosting our services
  • DNS Management Services: Propagation delays, DNS provider outages, or configuration changes by third-party DNS management services that may temporarily prevent domain resolution

  • The approximate 98% uptime guarantee reflects our commitment to maintaining high availability while accounting for the inherent dependencies on external services and infrastructure

    • > Note: We will make reasonable efforts to notify users in advance of any planned maintenance that may affect service availability. For unplanned outages caused by third-party providers, we will communicate updates through our available channels as soon as practicable.
